All services offered pursuant to the app (“Services”) are provided by Waitomo. Waitomo is committed to protecting our customers’ personal information. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information related to the app, to ensure that we meet our obligations under the Privacy Act 1993.
