WAITOMO HOMEGROWN 2026 VIP GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. Promoter 
    This promotion (“Promotion”) is run by Waitomo Group Limited (“Waitomo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), New Zealand. 

  1. Promotion Period 
    The Promotion begins on the date it is posted on the Waitomo Facebook page and closes at 11:59pm NZT on the closing date stated in the promotional post (“Promotion Period”). 
    Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 

  1. Eligibility 
    Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. 

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Waitomo Group Limited, or any agencies associated with this Promotion, may be excluded at Waitomo’s discretion. 

  1. How to Enter 
    To enter the Promotion, participants must during the Promotion Period: 

a) Comment on the promotional Facebook post with their favourite Kiwi artist. 
b) Tag one friend they would bring to Homegrown 2026. 
c) Be following @waitomogroup on both Facebook and Instagram. 

d) Share the post for double chances 

Each eligible participant may submit one entry only unless otherwise stated. 

Information provided in the promotional post describing how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. 

  1. Prize 
    One (1) winner will receive two (2) VIP passes to Homegrown 2026. 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

Any additional expenses associated with the prize, including travel, accommodation, food, or other costs, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated. 

  1. Winner Selection and Notification 
    The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the Promotion closes. 

The winner will be notified via Facebook comment or direct message. 

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days, Waitomo reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

  1. Minimum Entry Requirement 
    Waitomo reserves the right to cancel the Promotion if fewer than twenty (20) valid entries are received during the Promotion Period. 

  1. Verification and Disqualification 
    Waitomo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

  1. Changes or Cancellation 
    Waitomo reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary. 

  1. Liability 
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waitomo and its related companies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this Promotion or the prize. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law. 

  1. Privacy 
    By entering this Promotion, entrants agree that Waitomo may use their name and social media handle for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion. 

  1. Social Media Disclaimer 
    This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. 

  1. Acceptance of Terms 
    By entering the Promotion, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
