Spin to Win – Fuel & Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is organised by Waitomo Group Limited (“Waitomo”). If any New Zealand sports team competing in Wellington on Saturday 12 July 2025 or in Hamilton on Saturday 19 July 2025 wins its match, all eligible participants will receive a guaranteed prize via the Spin to Win feature in the Waitomo app the following day, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a guaranteed win:

• Customers must complete a fuel purchase of $20 or more using the Waitomo app on the relevant Sunday — either Sunday 13 July 2025 or Sunday 20 July 2025 — between 12:00am and 11:59pm NZT.
• The purchase must be made through the Waitomo app at any participating Waitomo Fuel Stop.
• Each eligible customer will receive one (1) guaranteed win per day.
• Multiple $20+ transactions by the same customer on the same day will not result in multiple guaranteed wins.
• Waitomo will determine eligibility based on unique customer identifiers (e.g., account, device, or payment ID).

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid on the following dates only if any New Zealand sports team wins a match in the specified city the day prior:

• Sunday 13 July 2025, following a win in Wellington on Saturday 12 July 2025
• Sunday 20 July 2025, following a win in Hamilton on Saturday 19 July 2025

• Waitomo will communicate confirmation of a guaranteed win day through official channels (Waitomo app, website, and/or social media) by 9:00am NZT on each eligible Sunday.

4. Guaranteed Win Details

• The guaranteed win consists of a prize delivered via the Spin to Win feature in the Waitomo app.
• Prizes (“Moolah”) are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• The Spin to Win feature will automatically issue the prize upon successful eligibility verification.

5. General Conditions

• Waitomo reserves the right to:
• Verify the eligibility of participants.
• Disqualify any user who attempts to manipulate or circumvent the terms of the Promotion (e.g., through duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity).
• Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Waitomo in relation to the Promotion, which are final and binding.
